Janney sent a representative, Alex, and he made a complete inspection and gave me an honest estimate. No other roofing company sent anyone. The time came, the crew arrived before sunup, and rocked the installation! By close of business that day, I had a new roof, new drip line, new pipes, and it is flawless work. My mother in law had her roof done by Janney and was really happy with the result. So when we told her we were going to start looking for a company to replace our 20+ year old roof, she recommend we call them. I looked at their reviews and they had the best reviews I have seen for any roofing company. I called and they were able to send someone out on a Sunday which was only day my husband and I were home together. Alex was the representative that came to us and we were very impressed. This the first house we own and felt very nervous about the whole process. Alex explained everything to us including all the options. We mentioned that we are wanting to put solar panels on the roof and he explained certain upgrades that are recommended for solar panels. At no point did we feel pressured to spend more than what was absolutely necessary for our roof. Alex told us they can typically get the whole thing done in 1 day. We were so impressed with Alex and the estimates he gave we did not feel the need shop around. The overall price was so much better than we expected. After signing the contracts we received email communications from Annette about what to expect between then and when the materials get delivered. The regular communication we received from Annette and Alex throughout the process was A+. A few weeks later, the materials and dumpster was delivered and the next day bright and early, the guys came to start work. The supervisor was also very nice. Not only did they get it done in 1 day but they were done by 3:30pm that day. My husband and I were both at work when they were working on the roof. But we could monitor the action on our doorbell camera and we received updates from the supervisor throughout the day. They even took pictures and texted them to me from the roof when they were done. We were extremely impressed when we got home from work. Except for the brand new roof on and dumpster in the driveway, they did such an amazing job cleaning up, you would not have known anything was done. They use magnets to pick up all the nails and any other metal that might have fallen while they were working. Our front and back yard were immaculate and the roof looks beautiful. We would highly recommend Janney to anyone.

When the team started the work, they discovered that most of the plywood was rotten—something not entirely surprising given the 21-year-old roof. Despite this unexpected challenge, they handled it seamlessly, adjusting their workflow while maintaining impressive efficiency. Even with the added complexity, they completed the entire project in just two days. Throughout the process, they kept us posted on all details, calling when needed and sending pictures at every stage. When additional materials were required, they numbered all the plywood sheets and sent pictures of them installed, letting us know exactly how much extra material was used and making the entire process very transparent. The crew was incredibly professional, efficient, and well-coordinated—everyone knew exactly what was going on at all times. Beyond their craftsmanship, the entire team was polite, careful, and had excellent communication. They also left the site spotless after finishing the job. We wanted to share our experience working with Janney roofing. We replaced our entire tile roof and after screening a number of roofers, we decided on Janney. Aaron, the sales rep, worked with us and came up with a fair estimate. He was transparent and adjusted the project to our needs. They were extremely communicative and took the timelines seriously. They coordinated the entire process of detachment of solar panels to the screen cage. Nate the supervisor oversaw the project along with Julian who was the on site supervisor throughout the process. This team of three coordinated, inspected multiple times, answered our concerns, queries promptly. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we received.
