First time hiring contractors for such a big job on my forever home and they did not disappoint. Lets face it many say we are the best, but lack the capacity for in person conversations with clear answers to what is expected from the customer and the contractors. Outstanding job. Very competitive bid, questions were always answered promptly, communication throughout the project was excellent, from contract to install was only 2 weeks, the install crew were fantastic, the work area was surrounded by tarps, upon completion the surrounding area was completely cleaned and checked for any loose debris or nails. I would recommend Jerry’s Roofing for any roof repair or replace.

Generally, I’m not one to write a review; however, I will read them when needed. Nonetheless, I would like to take the time to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Jerry’s Roofing. The professionalism, honesty, and understanding received by Bryce, James, the staff that work on the roof, office staff was hands down wonderful. I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch, and the results exceeded my expectations. The Actual Work – delivery of the material, workers display of cleanliness and respect to my property was amazing. Tuesday, February 4, 2025, I met with Bryce to do a walk through of my attic and roof. Bryce was prompt thorough, attentive to my needs, and extremely polite and professional. By the end of our consultation, I had a quote sent to my email. This quote was in line with my finances and my needs. I reviewed every page of the quote and got all my questions answered before signing it and returning it on Feb. 6th. Within two days or so of returning the signed quote page I received another email withs an install date of 2/21/2025. The roofer worked on the 2/21/2025 (7:30 am to 7:30 pm), then on 2/22/2025 (7:30 am and finished approximately 1:00pm); this included cleaning up the property from nails and debris. On Monday, February 24, 2025, James came to my home to walk through with my brother to make sure every question was answered, and I was completely satisfied. Hands down this Jerry’s Roofing is a forced to be reckoned with. FYI……ABSOUTLY Not…..there were no hidden fees added to my invoice. Forever Grateful
