Hern Construction demolished the existing kitchen in our 100-year old NE house, rebuilt an outside wall, and built a brand new, modern functioning kitchen, powder room, and butler’s pantry updating all utility systems, coordinating and managing all sub-contractors resulting in a gorgeous kitchen of the highest quality aesthetically and functionally. Hern’s workers on the job were highly professional, extremely friendly and polite, and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed working with Christian and his crew who exhibited an exceptional degree of transparency and integrity. We highly recommend Hern Construction and would definitely use them again for other building projects.

Christian recently remodeled our hundred year old home in the Old Northeast section of St Petersburg. It was a real labor of love as it is the house my wife grew up in. Christian worked with us and our architect to preserve the character of the home but also to completely modernize the inside. We know how well he succeeded by the many compliments we received from passing neighbors who commented how beautiful the year long remodel turned out and how the house completely maintained its charm and beauty.
