Mr. Brown has helped us out twice with roof repairs on short notice. Once due to an issue with leaks around a roof vent and most recently with roof repairs following hurricane Helene. Hired to repair roof leak which is still leaking and now worse 5 years later. Every contractor that has reviewed the mess that is our roof will not touch it. We are in a catch 22...he cant fix it and we cant get anyone else to touch it. We even offered to buy new materials and re-do it and he declined. Update: 7 years after his “roof job” we ended up having a new roofing company to completely remove his garbage job and install a new roof. They did a great job! After 7 years of Jim Brown and his caulk, saying it’s the roofs fault we finally have a roof! Run don’t walk away from this guy!
it must be nice to have so much work that you allow your voice mail box to fill so no one can contact you. there may come a day when you regret not answering your calls just to say thanks for calling, but we can't take on anymore work as of now. leave your number so we may call you when we have an opening. thank you for thinking of us for your roofing needs.
