As contractors who specialize in this area, they really know the ins and outs of local permits (including after-the-fact options in Hialeah/Miami-Dade) and make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Beyond the professional side, they’ve become almost like family. The communication feels personal, trustworthy, and genuinely caring—they truly care about getting things right for me.
