Jan 27, 2023: A crew of 7, over the past 3 days have been completing the long awaited repairs. One area still needs to be fixed. But, Josie, the lead/supervisor, was amazing. He was honest and genuine in his multiple apologies for this being our experience. We have yet to survey all repairs and we know of one area that still needs to be addressed, but it was nice to have an apology rather than a run around. Initial Review: Our new home was to have our roof done back in September. It’s a tile roof where they put 8 holes/vents in the roof that were NOT NEEDED!! No one read the plans. No one supervised. We held a meeting to get us, the NEW HOME OWNERS, to agree on a REPAIR FOR OUR BRAND NEW ROOF!!!! It’s now Jan 2023 and our roof remains a disaster. Holes were closed but our roof has hundreds of broken or missing tiles and ridge caps. Mortar is 4 different colors. Every week they say repairs coming next week and they NEVER COME. If we ever get the roof completed I will update the review at that time. UPDATE. After a few more visits to resolve and repair the balance of issues the roof is acceptable. Now we see how it performs and holds up during the next 5-10 years. I am updating the review to 3 stars as all work was completed and communication improved to resolve it to our satisfaction.
I highly recommend John Feeney Roofing. After receiving several estimates to replace my roof, I chose John Feeney. I spoke to him directly on ways I could save money without cutting corners. Being in the roofing business for 50 years, he was extremely knowledgeable and honest. While most companies offered a 5 year warranty on workmanship, he happily gave us 10 years. We couldn’t be happier!
They were very pleasant to work with. Everyone took time to ask questions, survey the site, and stayed in communication with us the whole time. They even took the time to ask about our school and attended a school function to show support. We are very pleased with the final product.
Excellent communication from start to finish. Honest estimate and pricing. This is the second home in 4 years John Feeney did for me. I highly recommend them.
