Jupiter Roofing & Sheet Metal was recommended to me by a friend on Jupiter Island. I contacted this company numerous times for an estimate on a new roof and never received a phone call from them. Upon following up, I was told that they’re “months behind” on existing work and backlogged. I suppose that’s a nice problem to have, but in the future you should proactively communicate this to your potential customers and not leave them hanging when you’ve been recommended by other paying customers.
Roof looks better than ever. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Would definitely recommend. Process was easy and reliable.
