From Nick to Mitigation with Jason, Tim Ely and his restoration crew of Jason, Brandon, Andrew. Every step of this project was right on time. The guys cleaned up every day. They are a delightful group and very hard working. I now have a new water heater and a beautiful new kitchen and dining room floor. Tim also referred me to Pete, the plumber who took care of the water heater removal and new water heater hookup. I will not hesitate to use this company for future projects. A shoutout to Andrew for the extra work you did to stabilize my front screen door.

Had a really awesome experience with John getting bids for fire damage, foundation work, and a roof for a duplex in NE Mpls. I was really impressed by his integrity, knowledge, and communication. He's absolutely the guy you'd want as a project manager - would 100% recommend him to anyone.

We are thoroughly delighted with Just Us. Our project manager, Pat, kept us in the loop, gracefully handled all the twists and turns of construction, and was a positive force during a trying time. We experienced significant water damage due to a flooded toilet. Just Us was there within a hour and began mitigating the damage. The impact was substantial and involved loss of two bathrooms as well as half of our kitchen and wood floors throughout our home. Just Us patiently helped us work through the extensive insurance claim and get the payout we needed to properly rebuild our home. After five months of dealing with the insurance company, we worked with Just Us on detailed plans for the repair and additional enhancements at our cost. They had great suggestions and worked closely with our designer to implement all our ideas. Their flexibility and cost awareness greatly exceeded what I have experienced with other contractors During the actual construction we uncovered additional water damage/rot that had occurred under the previous owner. This work was not in the plan, but Just Us worked with us to address the items and quarterbacked the repair with additional stucco and roofing contractors while always looking out for our best interests. While this understandably impacted the schedule, they minimized the impact and got us back in our home very close to the original schedule. I cannot recommend them enough!

John has helped me with a few projects over the last year from frozen pipes/drains to general consultation on home projects. He's very prompt, kind, skilled, and puts his all into helping out. I can't recommend him enough if you need someone for home projects or repairs!

Two individuals came out to assess damages to my property. During the conversation they made mention numerous times about their relationship with my HOA management company...negating the fact that I had called them and was their customer. They mentioned how they were working with my management company on another property making it sound like they had an in with them and knew how to quote things to benefit the management company versus providing me a holistic estimate to restore my home. Then instead of contacting me initially they decided to email a bunch of people at the management company and include me too with their estimates and next steps. I felt like instead of being a valued potential customer I was just an accessory that didnt matter. Even when I reached out to them to discuss they didnt seem to care about what they did and just brushed me off. This is not the way to build new relationships in the community and customers should feel valued and a priority. I would highly discourage individuals from reaching out to this company and expecting a fair evaluation. I was very disappointed 😞
