⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely Under-Rated in Mobile, AL! I just finished a substantial remodeling and repair project with K. Berger Construction out of the Mobile, AL office, and they were fantastic. I noticed some lower ratings online, and based on my experience, those are definitely underrated. This team deserves a clear A-rating or 5 stars. They are experts in insurance repair; they handled all the complex paperwork and delivered excellent workmanship. My project manager and the crew were reliable and communicated clearly throughout the process. If you are dealing with storm damage or need a major remodel in the Mobile area, call them. They made a stressful process manageable and delivered a high-quality finished product.
This is a great company if you like little to no communication, poor quality of work, the need for a warranty and to have someone continuously have to come back to fix the work that was done. For example: did plumbing it leaked, floor coming up, door frames out of square, walls are wavy, paint looks awful-my kids could paint a straighter line, structural beams replaced and not level to the point there's a few spots the floor appears to be falling or sloped downward, countertops supposed to match throughout but master bath isn't the same color. The only good thing that I can say is the cabinet guy Dean did an amazing job and the cabinets he installed are beautiful. This review is based off of the Mobile location.
