Joe from K Simon Construction came out and was very professional. He was on time and immediately got to work helping us with our hurricane flooded home to get an accurate estimate for our insurance POL . This company is detail focused and very knowledgeable on post disaster damage. They used same estimating software as insurance for their work estimates so it makes communication with insurance adjuster easier because they speak the same language essentially. Top notch team that made us feel taken care of and we are very appreciative. Highly recommend for post disaster issues and getting home fixed.

Bill & Joe at K Simon Construction Naples Florida did a great job on our roof replacement. We lost our tile roof in the 140 mph hurricane winds. They replaced it with a Stone Coated Steel Roof and had it done in 3 days. Quality work from educated professionals. Ready for the next hurricane! 💪

K Simon replaced our tile roof 4 years ago. Within 1 year of the new roof we had two leaks that damaged wall and ceiling. Now after 4 years more leaks as a result of incorrect installation of underlay barrier and tile. K Simon sub contract their work. Be very careful!! Update… as of 1/26 still no resolution from K Simon. They contacted me to say they were going to look into the situation about 6 months ago. Never heard from them again. Nothing! Update as of May 2026. Another leak in our roof. Picture below. Another $4k to repair the shawty job done by K Simon. These guy subcontract and as has been the case with our roof very poor workmanship. I strongly recommend against having K Simon replace your roof!!!

Our roof was battered by Hurricane Ian this past September. We had a number of roofers stop by our home and there was little to distinguish one from the other. When Evan and Lizz Case (company reps) stopped by I thought it was just another roofer. They impressed us immediately as Evan climbed up on the roof and did an inspection of the entire roof (rather than rely on a Drone or other satellite imagery like most others). We received and estimate (which they took the time to make sure we understood) rather quickly. The work was started and completed within 2-1/2 weeks of proposal acceptance and was completed over a 2 day period. The workers were very efficient, considerate, and professional completing a high quality finished product. Evan and Lizz were on site to make sure that the job was done to both their and our expectations. Start to finish professionals. They are definitely at the top of our list for roofers!

I must take a moment to mention the wonderful experience I had working with Drew Mauro "Senior Regional Supervisor" of K. Simon Construction. After the damage to my home caused by hurricane Ian, I feel fortunate to have met Drew and obtained an estimate for repairs and replacement the following day. Upon meeting Drew I felt comfortable due to his professionalism, patience and all around comforting mannerism. It was approximately two and a half months from then receiving the estimate to receiving final inspection on my roof replacement. Yes! I said two and a half months. The communication between myself and Drew was amazing. He responded to my many voice messages and texts within minutes to answer my questions and concerns. I could not be happier with the appearance of the completed job. I recommend K. Simon Construction to anyone needing work done on their home. You will be in good hands with any of their staff but cross your fingers you end up with Drew Mauro.
