Kalmar are the lead construction company on a Basecamp project we are invested in (Brookside, Canmore). We have monitored construction throughout the development, with work being conducted in a timely and professional manner. As we approach the finishing stages, the site Foreman, Eric, has been consistently helpful in allowing us access to our unit (always ensuring appropriate PPE etc) enabling measuring and visualisation to progress our preparation for optimal furnishing, thus allowing us to " hit the ground running" when we receive the property. Very helpful suggestions and cooperation from Eric.
