We had several 5 Star A rated BBB companies come to share their products, services and warranties, but only one company stood above the rest! Kayco started by sending Christian who helped to answer all of our questions and share roofing options and products. He helped to seal the deal with a great warranty, the best roofing products, competitive pricing for our home and of course all around nice guy. Christian also shared the details of our timeline, started with Daniel dropping off and picking up our dumpster for all our mess, our roofing team lead by Ezgar , and project managers Ben and Jonathan who checked in a time or two from beginning to end. Even the team who delivered and put the shingles up on the roof for the Kayco roofing team was skilled at what they do. Ezgar and his team were here all day for both days answering any crazy questions I had throughout the removal and installation process. Clean up relatively quick, no tires harmed during this process either !! Win win ! We are happy with the end product . Our experience with Kayco Roofing was outstanding from beginning to end. Christian was there every step of the way through the process and provided lots of communication through text and email. He clearly explained all the latest roofing products and procedures his company uses to us until we were clear in what we were getting. The examples he brought to our home of the shingles and the products they use really helped in our decision making. The crew that did the work on house was prompt, friendly and only stopped to eat lunch. They even repaired the damage that created the need for us needing a new roof in the first place. This all took two days to complete and our new roof looks amazing. It changed the whole look of our house and I can honestly say it’s one of the nicest roofs in our neighborhood. My wife is so happy with the roof’s appearance she could stop talking about it and I’m very happy knowing that now we don’t have to worry when it rains.

The color selection we made was excellent and went with the house perfectly. The cruise came in and did their work without delay and did a fine job and clean up and trash removal.
