We called K&D Roofing to investigate a leak in our living room. Rob showed up and checked the roof and inspected our ceiling with a FLIR camera and moisture sensor to identify the problem areas. It turns out, the seal on one of the vents on our 4-year-old roof was bad letting the water in. Rob properly sealed it for us at no charge (in 30 minutes)! It’s great to know that there’s good people still out there that take pride in great customer service. Thanks again, Rob. To anyone else that needs their roof looked at, I highly recommend K&D Roofing.
I recommend Rob (K&D Roofing). I had a relatively complex roof installed; It has many valleys and ridges. Several valley areas needed new flashing with stucco repair. I converted from Box Vents to Ridge Vents for better ventilation. I had a chimney top replacement (it was rusted). And I also had new gutters installed. My experience: Rob (the owner) demonstrated a high standard of quality within a reasonable price point. He was highly responsive to sometimes daily text messages or calls. He followed thru with his promises. Bottom Line, I recommend Rob (K&D Roofing) and would hire him again the next time I need a roof.
K&D installed our roof and after 8 yrs, we had what was thought as a broken tab on a shingle, contacted K&D since the roof is under warranty. Rob (owner) came out and repaired it himself within a few days. Very professional, polite and easy to work with, if you need a new roof, or repair, K&D is the best choice by far.
We noticed poor airflow in our attic and were advised to replace a few older roof vents. This company inspected everything first and confirmed which ones needed updating. The work took about half a day, and they handled it without disturbing the rest of the roof. Compared to before, the attic feels less humid, and the upstairs rooms stay cooler. They also explained how proper ventilation helps extend the life of the roof. It’s a small repair that makes a meaningful difference over time, and the process felt straightforward from start to finish.
Rob at K&D Roofing was amazing and took the time to find the true source of an issue that others could not or would not find. Timely and professional and a pleasure to work with from estimate through repairs.
