Great company. We contacted many local roofing companies to deal with roofing repairs and half didn't even show up when scheduled for an estimate, several came and said they didn't deal with repairs but would be happy to roof the entire house, and others said it would be literally months before they could schedule a repair. Ken Wellman Roofing came quickly for an estimate, scheduled a repair within days, and did great work for reasonable rates. Very happy with our experience and will reach out soon for work needed at our new house.
Ken was recommended by a very reputable vendor in Jacksonville, FL who we had work on our 1920s craftsman two story house. Received a bid from another vendor and the price was triple what I had anticipated and they said they couldn’t begin in 90+ days. Ken and team were professional and agile in submitting the bid in a timely manner. His price was reasonable and he explained what he was going to do very thoroughly. Very pleased with the work Ken Wellman did.
I had a 13 month battle with a roofer that installed my roof totally not to code. I got estimates from 5 separate companies, before choosing Ken Wellman Company. There were numerous reasons I chose them. It wasn't just price. Mr. Wellman is a down to earth man, that genuinely cared about what my family and I had been through. Once the permit was pulled, it literally took 2 days for my brand new roof!!! I am the envy of my neighborhood, and I couldn't be happier. His team was meticulous, thorough, and even pointed out, and fixxed problems caused by the previous roofer. No hidden costs, or extras at the end. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!
