Lawrence and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof because of hurricane damage. They all worked hard, quickly, but efficiently. They also replaced our gutters and downspouts. Lawrence and Joe did the installation with Joe doing the majority of the work that one man could handle. They were both very polite and knowledgeable, explaining everything along the way. Took 2 years to finish a 3 month project. After months and months of phone calls, dead ends, and price changes. They STILL did not finish the job. Subcontractors subcontracting and subcontracting until you have lord knows who showing up. LOST OVER THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!!! ****************STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS***************** You’d be better off going to Home Depot and trying it out yourself. RUDE workers, SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!
Very professional no pressure great quality roof Roberts crew arrived at 7:00AM worked steadily had to replace some plywood and had a beautiful new roof installed everything cleaned up magnet search for nails and finished by 4:00PM unbelievable. Should never need them again however will definitely recommend them to others.
This company is a scam! I had my roof replaced less than three years ago and just had to pay someone to replace rotting soffit that they basically just put shingles over. I’m sure there will be some explanation they give for this… But believe me, THEY are not to be trusted! Gene Kennedy himself basically told me…”good luck” …. And then I never heard from him again after he told me he would get back to me. ZERO cooperation.
I recommend Kennedy Construction for a roof replacement. They were courteous, and the workers seemed to be highly skilled and efficient. The process went pretty smoothly and didn't disrupt my life at all. They all worked very hard and the roof looks beautiful. The office was responsive and worked well with me, despite all the issues with delays in materials delivery and scheduling, which I believe was due to the supply chain and labor problems, and other things outside their control. I had some issues with clean-up, but in general, I am very satisfied with my beautiful new roof.
