Ron Soriano representative of King Construction, Renovation and Building, LLC hired my company to replace a roof at a property they manage on Canal St in Fort Myers Florida on June 6th of 2024 for $14,080. On June 12, 2024 we received a deposit check for $6,000. The remaining balance was due at completion of $12,080 which includes an additional charge for woodwork & labor which is stated in our executed contract. After numerous emails and calls to Ron Soriano / King Construction the remaining balance has not been paid. Ron Soriano of King Construction, Renovation and Building, LLC has acknowledged that he has received the payment from the homeowner. As of September 29, 2025 the final balance of $12,080 has not been paid to us and he has made no attempts to pay us anything. We have filed a complaint with the Police Department & the DBPR. Beware of dealing with this person or this company. He does not seem to care one bit about the mismanagement of someone else’s money.

Horrible, took them 8 months to renovate a 4 story Hampton inn. I sub contracted the wall paper portion of the job and was ripped off for $1000 plus the price of adhesive. Ron soriano Is a crook, beware!
