KLR Roofing

Would absolutely recommend working with KLR! They were phenomenal from start to finish. We had several issues come up with permitting that could have easily been significant roadblocks but they handled them expertly and made sure our project never delayed and communication was clear every step of the way. They were professional, fairly priced, and overall incredible to work with.

Fabulous work and communication. I had a lot of questions to qualify for a grant and Michelle was more than helpful. I don't think we would have qualified without her help and support. Upon inspection from the state the inspector commented on how well the work was performed. If you need a quality roof installed or a repair ( we required several before we had to replace our roof) this company should be considered.

KLR Roofing is absolutely wonderful to work with. Although not the lowest price (nor the highest), we selected KLR because of their attention to detail. For our first meeting, our salesman, Jeremiah, got on the roof, inspected all around the house and walked in the door prepared to be informative. During the proposal process, he answered many, many questions and guided us through the super gutter detach process (what is a super gutter was our initial question). He provided insight and detailed explanations of the roof underlayment material, the demolition and re-roofing process, single barrel/double barrel, and the difference between KLR and other roofers. We certainly felt well informed to make a decision after speaking with him. The whole process went smoothly with great communication from Michelle at the main office and the onsite teams. KLR not only performed the service but guided us through all of the steps required for the super gutter, roof and gutter replacement. During the tear off and replacement, our driveway was completely protected. The crew is all very courteous and they leave no mess at all. My top advice if you need a roof replacement? Call KLR. Talk to their salespeople and don't only consider price. Consider quality and completely understand the differences in the proposals you receive. You will most likely also choose KLR.

The entire process was truly seamless — clear communication, exceptional organization, and remarkable attention to detail made everything effortless. Michelle provided an outstanding customer service and other members of the team handled everything with true professionalism. From start to finish, every step was handled with such care and precision that I only wish every project could be this easy. KLR is by far one of the best roofers in Palm Beach County. Their customer service and precision from beginning to end is outstanding!
