Kustom US

KUSTOM US took care of water damage to my house while I was working overseas. Cheryl O'Toole (Program Coordinator) and John Floyd (Project Manager) did an excellent job of communicating the damage, repair plan, and the repair status. My insurance company, USAA, recommenced KUSTOM US. I am glad USAA recommended KUSTOM US.

We had them repair our floors last year after sewage leaked into our home. They promised several things would happen and none of it did. Now it had been a year and the floor is falling apart. They came out on September 19 and stated they would be back in touch to let us know what could be done in 48 hours. Today it is September 29th and we have heard nothing! We even reached out to our insurance company and still nothing. Their work is shoddy at best. Molding is cut wrong, transition strips were improperly installed and the floor was improperly installed and is cracking, splitting and will cut your feet if you walk barefoot. Avoid using them at all costs.

I recently had Cindy and her crew out, to install a vapor barrier and insulation in my crawl space, and remit and cleaning of the inside. I was beyond pleased at the level of determination these guys went through to find, not only one major leak, but TWO! When they located the first leak, I had a plumber come out to repair the job. Apparently it was a bigger job than he could handle. A few days later, they discovered another leak and I called a second plumber out, who also could not find it, or fix it. These guys were persistent and took the time to do a job that wasn't even technically their job to handle. Jose, Jose (there's two) and Christopher were amazing!!! Cindy was in constant communication with me the entire time, with updates and photos. This crew spent weeks at my house working to get my house back to normal. I do appreciate all their hard work and everything they did to finish a very intense job!!! Thank you all! Great job!!!

I have had a great experience working with Kustom US for mold remediation on my two bathrooms. I worked directly with David who set up the process and was very quick to respond and provided me updates throughout the process. I had a nightmare experience working with my own insurance company but did not have an issue reaching out to Kustom US with any questions. They were always very professional and the job was done well. I would recommend them and plan to use them again.

After having a mold remediation company come in to clean up mold in our attic, The people from Kustom came in to reconstruct the ceilings and walls of the rooms affected. Mike and Oscar made sure the paperwork and the project ran smoothly, and if they said they would be there at a specific time they were. We never waited on them. The drywall, trim, and painting work that Efrain, Joel and Luis did was excellent. During construction they did a great job keeping the rest of the house very clean. After completion of the painting they even put all of the furniture back where it was, and they weren't the people that moved it out for the project. We are very happy with the quality of their work. And would absolutely call them again for any remodeling project.
