I am a state certified residential contractor. After the hurricane Ian, I was replacing an asphalt shingle roof with a new metal roof for the first time. After very extensive research, I decide on Metal Roofing Systems of Clearwater. My experience with them, especially with Myles was above and beyond my expectation. Not only the quality of the product is superb, the speed of production and delivery are beating the deadlines, the assistance of design and planning, especially provided by Mike, was so impressive that I thought it was beyond their calling. Since I was not experienced with metal roofing, in the middle of installation, I ran into troubles. When I call them and send them pictures, they immediately did research for me and provided a solution within a hour. Also, their price beat 5 other competitors in the area. If I could give a 6-star, I would. I highly recommend this company and its sales rep Myles. Myles is not a typical sales rep. Not only he is prompt in response, friendly, trustworthy, but also has a lot of technical knowledge of their product and how to install them. I highly recommend them!

I haven’t decided on a supplier yet but Cam has been by far the best at communication and being thorough on my quotes. I’ll update this review if I decide to go with Metal Roofing Systems.

Angie and Gary are very helpful to make sure my projects go off without a hitch. If i need something in a pinch they get it done for me Not sure what Ruth is talking about but i priced multiple companies and Modern Metals was very competitive. Service after the sale is more important than pricing Not sure why someone would give a bad google review for pricing
