Lamphier & Company is an amazing contractor. They are a family-owned business that stands behind their work. They are extremely knowledgeable. Their knowledge of coating applications and water intrusion is second to none. Their staff is experienced and diligent. They have worked on several of our buildings and we love the finished product. They deliver quality, affordability, and customer service with a smile. We would not hesitate to refer them to our colleagues.
We have nothing but praise for Lamphier & Company and their work and work ethics. Bob walked our community several times with several of the board members before giving a proposal. He was thorough and very prompt at getting back with the proposal. His team, steered by Supervisor, Mr. Mike Cahill, has been very thorough and professional. The entire team is pleasant and speaks to everyone. They are very good at what they do. I would be confident referring this company to others! All of our residents have given a thumbs up for their work and respectfulness. Thank you Bob and Lamphier & Company!
Lamphier & Company was professional and knowledgeable through the whole process of waterproofing our office building. Gary and Bob Lamphier were extremely considerate with scheduling the job around our office hours. The crew was polite, friendly, and did exceptional work. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Lamphier & Company’s services again. I feel confident recommending them to anyone. Thank you to the Lamphier team!
Lamphier performed a restoration project on our condo building in Winter Park at Park West. Less than two years our stairs/landings are completely rusted to the point of having to do the project all over. This was a million dollar contract..work was extremely unprofessional. Do not hire this company…..contact our management company for details.. I am President of the board and would be happy to show you the work that was done… Terry
