About
Landmark Roofing is a roofing contractor based in Gulf Breeze, Florida, serving Pensacola and the Florida Panhandle. The company is led by Alexander Daugherty, its principal contact per Better Business Bureau records. Landmark Roofing focuses on complete roof replacement for both residential and commercial properties, working with asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and flat roofing systems such as TPO and modified bitumen, along with standing seam, R-panel, and classic rib metal roofing for commercial buildings. The company also installs gutter systems, performs roof repairs for wind damage, failed flashing, and pipe boot replacement, and removes and reinstalls solar panels during roof replacements. On every installation, Landmark Roofing applies an ice and water shield membrane over the full roof deck as a secondary water barrier, a detail the company highlights because it can help homeowners qualify for wind mitigation insurance discounts. Landmark Roofing also works with realtors on closing deadlines, inspection repairs, and roof certifications. The Better Business Bureau opened a file for the business in September 2025 and currently rates it A-.
