Legacy did an excellent job replacing our roof with charcoal color flat tiles. Replaced our gutters. Put in a new hurricane front door, a garage window and new French doors that are all hurricane proof. Sent us to look for ideas for the front hurricane door and then helped us to choose the one perfect door for us. I looked at lots of new roofs in my neighborhood. The installation by Legacy was superior. I can not see the seams of the mortar on my house like I did on other roofs. Ours looks seamless. The owners and workmen were wonderful at their jobs and communication. Each night the yard was cleaned up properly. Excellent service. Highly recommend Legacy. Our roof and home get so many compliments from people passing by and seeing such a transformation.

just look at the PGT windows they installed. A picture is worth a thousand words... .Worst brand new windows I've ever seen in my life, and I've been around, involved in real estate in the USA but also in Europe and South America. I have to say than even in South America they can manufacture better quality windows; and can't compare at all with European windows. However, there are much better manufactures in Florida: visit brand new construction homes or condos and check what providers they use. Also, the company assumed that the community was going to approved the project without changes and they made a mistake with at least 5 windows that needed to have a grilled, so they correct this installing cheap white pieces on the outside of the windows ( let's see how long those lasts..... ) . Never again.

Legacy replaced the roof on our 20 yr old home with a metal roof. They completed the job in less than three weeks. They did exactly what they said they would do with no difficulties along the way. They were competitively priced. Their work crews were on time and thorough right throughout the cleanup at the end of each day. Their reps were on site and available by phone, text and/or email. Office staff was always available and attended to any questions.

The Legacy team came highly recommended for my roof replacement (concrete barrel tile in Evergrene) and it was a pleasure to work with Mark, Jake, Ari, and Lynne who made the process seamless. Importantly for me, the team was incredibly responsive and fast with tile samples, information, permitting (the speed of which was truly impressive), old roof tear-off (the huge crew was truly a sight and they got it done fast), inspections. From start to finish, we were done in 5-6 weeks. The crew was very respectful and cleaned thoroughly every day (never found any errant nails, materials, water bottles) and provided all the photos and documentation I asked for with respect to the job. They also gave me a credit for unused materials that were included in the initial estimate which I appreciated. Legacy was certainly not the cheapest, but I’ve found that the quality of their work and the peace of mind I got from their reputation was well worth it.

We were due to replace our roof and when we saw all of our neighbors here in Ironhorse getting a great job, we asked who did it. They all said Legacy so we called them right away and they quickly came out. I can't imagine you get service as good as theirs anywhere else in West Palm Beach. We got a flat tile roof and were so happy with their color choices. They handled everything from permits to our POA. The job was done in about 5 weeks and while they were working they took care to put tarps down and clean everything up each day. The roof looks great! Thank you, everyone at Legacy.
