I recently had a full roof replacement by Legacy Roofing and I could not be happier. Austen, Angie and the entire staff answered all my questions and concerns. One day I call Austen, forgetting this was Sunday, and he answered the phone! Who answers calls on Sunday? No one. The work crew arrived at dawn and left at dusk. When the job was completed the next day you would never have known that they had been here. This was a job well done by a well trained crew. The next day the owner, Mr Miguel Lopez, came by to see me and ensure that I was happy with the work. I highly recommend this company, Legacy Roofing, to anyone in need of roofing services. Their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommend this company. They came out provided a worst case estimate due to wood rot that cannot be seen until job gets started. Final invoice was much lower than expected. The guy doing the repair was very professional and was mindful of the cleanliness of my property after the job was completed. Communication was great, I was kept updated throughout the process. I would give a 10 star if i could. Great company easy to work with.
My storage unit was delivered with missing shingles during transport, so I called Legacy Roofing. Rick Tuggle came out and explained the repair job in detail, answering all my questions. He was professional, friendly, and courteous. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work! Thank you!
