As a construction professional I have seen many contractors at work and I know a good one when I see one. I’ve heard my whole life, the two biggest purchases you will make in your lifetime are your house and a car. What’s the 3rd? I’ve been in this house for 10 years. The roof was in good shape, then it wasn’t. The idea now, at 66 years old, I have to go shopping for a roof on a limited, fixed income is daunting. The cost of a new roof can very easily exceed the cost of a new car. It’s scary, but you have to protect the nest egg. After much research and gossiping with the neighbors, I was confident I had a solid ballpark figure of what the roof should cost me. I solicited bids online, called a few roofing contractors, and ended up speaking with Natalie. The next day Kyle was at my house. I explained to Kyle things are tight. The estimate was below what I had seen and anticipated. I also know LePierre Roofing has been here in Fernandina Beach for at least 25 years. This played a big role in my decision. We dotted our i’s and crossed our t’s. There was also a scheduling issue on my side (I got my Wednesday’s mixed up). They didn’t miss a beat. Crew was here at the crack of dawn two days in a row. They stayed till dark each day. Natalie, Kyle, and Mr. Lepierre himself delivered a solid product. Craftsmanship matters. I was a helicopter pilot in the Army, they taught me to be a freak about attention to detail. My freak never came out of the box. Quality Timberline GAF Birchwood shingles, the lines, corners, edges. No words. And on top of all that, solid, sturdy, big fat white gutters tying the beautiful new roof together with my 35 year old house. From the time I hired LePierre the relationship could not have been better. I paid a fair price and LePierre did an outstanding job. The employees were professional and polite. When the job was complete my yard was cleaner than I ever expected as were the neighbors yards. Kyle LePierre recommended 2 contractors to replace some fascia and also repair some stucco and these contractors were professional and did the same outstanding work. This entire process was positive and while I don't wan't to ever replace a roof again Lepierre would be my first choice. The independent wind inspection paid for by LePierre resulted in about a 40% drop in my wind insurance premium. Great company, great work and great advice.

I must say this LePierre Roofing has excellent customer service and top quality service Very punctual and fair pricing and that means alot. I highly recommend them my family and I are pleased. They really deserve 10 stars in all honesty.

Jeff and his team were great! My wife and I love the new roof and how quickly they got me on the schedule and the guys got it done. Jeff walked me through every step of the process and all for a great price. Would highly recommend!
