After thoroughly screening five contractors for the extensive renovation of our 100-year-old South Tampa home, we chose Jonathan and his team at Premiere. If you don’t read this lengthy review, we highly recommend Premiere for all of your home improvement needs. Fantastic experience! Jonathan, owner, conducted an exceptionally detailed evaluation of our home, carefully considering the unique challenges and unknowns that come with renovating a century-old property. The scope of work on our home was significant: bathrooms completely gutted and renovated, hardwood flooring removed and replaced, lighting and plumbing upgraded, kitchen cabinets painted, countertops and backsplash replaced, French doors replaced with windows, an exterior second-floor balcony overlooking a pool demolished, and new fencing, siding, trim, latticework, and paint to transform the exterior of the home. The craftsmanship throughout the project was outstanding. A highly skilled team installed glass, marble, and ceramic tile with precision and care. New hardwood flooring was seamlessly integrated with the original wood, preserving the character of our historic home while giving it new life. Plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and finishing details were all completed flawlessly. The days started early and the hours were long and we sincerely appreciate the dedication of each and every person that worked on our home. The project managers and craftsmen treated our home with the utmost respect, worked tirelessly, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. They were respectful of our neighbors and kept the job site spotless. The cleanliness during the demo was unbelievable. We were living in temporary housing and facing a firm deadline, and Jonathan and his team consistently went above and beyond to keep the project moving and help us avoid additional expenses. Communication was consistent and thorough explanations were provided when necessary. Premiere has built an exceptional team of professionals over the last ten years who take great pride in their work. Their integrity, work ethic, communication, and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. We have successfully completed two separate remodeling projects with Premiere Builders. Shimi was our project manager for both and we were extremely pleased! His attention to detail is only surpassed by his timely communication and follow through. Premiere has knowledgeable and talented teams of builders, electrical technicians, plumbers and finish carpenters who keep the job running smoothly. The tile installer did an amazing job! I was so impressed that the work was started quickly and constant progress was made everyday. They finished both jobs in a timely manner and stayed on budget. When design questions arose, Shimi had suggestions and ideas and he was an excellent problem solver! We are so happy with our bathroom and laundry. Can't wait for the next project!!

We hired Premiere Builders to create a new master bedroom and bathroom suite on our second floor. Working with Danes, the project manager, was a highlight. She kept us updated all the way through with clear, timely communication and always let us know what was coming next. It made the whole experience feel very organized and under control. The crews were here regularly and worked hard. There were very few days when something was not happening, which ensured the project moved along at a steady pace. Since we were living in the house during the work, I really appreciated how careful everyone was about keeping things clean and minimizing the disruption. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were respectful of keeping the rest of our home as functional as possible. The work and results were great. Any questions we had were answered right away and any small issues were handled without hesitation. We did have some change orders, which is normal in a remodel, but Danes made those conversations easy. Everything was explained clearly and the pricing felt fair. We are incredibly happy with the finished space. It turned out even better than we hoped. We have already started working with Premiere again for another project, which probably says more than anything else. I highly recommend them.

This review is long overdue and only because I’m a slacker and forgot to leave it earlier. Thankfully, Premier Builders are not slackers and got my project done in a timely manner. I had the privilege of working with Shimi who is very responsive and always kept me in the loop with the status of my project. We had a laundry room and an outdoor closet that we made into one large laundry room and I could not be happier. I got multiple quotes and Shimi was the only one that thought outside of the box and how to make best use of the space. I highly recommend Premier Builders and project manager, Shimi.

Our experience with Jonathan, Arian and the rest of the crew was excellent. When Jonathan showed up, for what was our 3rd and final quote, we knew we had made the right call. His presentation, recall of previous jobs and most importantly his willingness to listen to OUR ideas was refreshing. His quote fit right in the middle of the two previous companies we contacted, but after reviewing the invoice we realized just how much flexibility it gave us to accomplish our vision for the project. It’s been about 45 days since completion and we couldn’t be happier with the execution.
