We live on Longboat Key and Manson Roofing has done roof repair for us before so we knew of their excellent quality work. Just now our new Homeowners insurer insisted we do a partial roof "replacement" and owners Brian and Bruce Manson then went out of their way to help us meet that demand responding quickly to our frequent insurer-related requests (by email and text) and their work foreman was a delight. One can't ask for more from a company than (1) high quality work (2) their support in completing your job and (3) doing so in a prompt and responsible fashion.

Excellent work replacing our roof: the guys were great at their job. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the office and accounts people were not so good at their part of the project: emails were often ignored for days and the invoices contained many mistakes. I'd still recommend them though, as the roofing work itself was very professional.

I chose this business because they are a Better Business Council member through the Manatee Chamber of Commerce. As the BBC manager, I know the business and I felt confident they were a business I could trust with my new home. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. I had a FHA 203k renovation loan which required a lot of moving parts and technical issues. They worked with me to get all the paperwork in that was required and the constantly moving start date. Shari was awesome in helping me pick a roof color and we went with Hickory. Once we were a go, they showed up on time (actually before I even left for work) and took only 3 days to complete the work on the house roof and shed roof. Very professional from start to finish. I can highly recommend them as a business that adheres to a higher standard of doing better business in the Manatee County Area.

I hired Manson Roofing to do some repair work for me a few months ago. They did an excellent job. Little did I know that I would need their services again after a large oak tree fell on my house during Hurricane Milton. I knew immediately who to call and even though they were swamped with calls always made me feel like I was an appreciated client. I needed a new roof and they did an incredible job on it. Once they started it was a very short time before they had everything fixed. These people truly care about their customers. They have excellent communication skills and kept me informed along the way. Steve answered patiently every question I had, and I had a lot! Penny in the office was always incredibly helpful.
