Jake helped me transform my boring office/catch-all room into a beautiful, functional space that I absolutely love. He handled everything from drywall repair and sanding to hanging wallpaper, installing curtain rods, mounting a ceiling fan, assembling furniture, and even hanging a very heavy mirror. Throughout the entire project, Jake was professional, friendly, punctual, and detail-oriented. What impressed me most was that he followed up after the job was completed to make sure I was completely happy with the results and didn’t need anything else. The finished room exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Square One and Jake for any home improvement project! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had previously given them one star, and at the time I felt it was deserved. Andy did reach out and ask how to make things right. I told him to reflect on our experience and evaluate the project as a whole. He really took it to heart and I believe he wants to make positive changes so that our experience isn’t repeated with other clients. While the communication was frequently poor and the project was way over on time, the finished product is on par with what we were promised and it looks nice and professionally done. I feel that three stars is appropriate. If he makes the changes I know he wants to make, I see many more 4 and 5 star reviews in their future. I hope that is the case because he is a very nice person and I want to see local businesses succeed.

I had the pleasure of working with Square1 for the remodel of my kitchen and for countertops in my bathrooms. His crew was on time, fast, efficient, and their work was perfection. The granite was installed with such precision we can’t find the seams at the cuts. Their crew replaced our outlets, plumbing fixtures, placed our appliances, tiled our backsplash. We chose marble tile which is not easy to work with and it was installed to perfection, we absolutely love the look. They did all the above with care and attention to detail not to mention all the guys were super friendly and easy to work with. They are fast and accurate and that’s what I like! If you’re looking for friendly, fair, and attentive, you’ve found it.

We hired Square 1 Construction & Development replace my old hot water heater with a tankless water heater. Andy was very helpful in helping decided what kind of water heat weather tankless or tanked. He was very responsive and communicative and very knowledgeable on what we wanted and needed for the work to be done.I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for remodel work on their home.

Fantastic quality at fantastic speeds. They redid my kitchen and bathrooms in a week. Before the remodel I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to use my kitchen for a long period but Andy worked with me on scheduling and got it done faster than expected and it was done beautifully.
