I have nothing but praise for this company. It has been a difficult period since my roof was damaged by hurricane IAN and Massey Roofing offered to replace the Roof and accept what the Insurance company offered and what they offered was very much less then the cost to replace the roof. The choice was to litigate the claim in court and run the risk of losing and be subject to very expansive legal costs. The Insurance company from the very beginning was being unreasonable and delayed resolution ,considering all this Massey proceeded and replaced the Roof and the only expanse I had was my deductible. Massey Roofing from the very beginning stated that my only exposure would be my deductible and that remained the situation until the very end. Roofing companies make promises that are rarely keep but Massey Roof did. My representative ERIK BAUMANN was very responsive to all my roofing needs from the beginning to the very end and kept every promise he made, very rare to find today.

I have a multi-surface roof and I had some trouble with the flat roof over my laundry room. I called Massey on the recommendation of a friend and Ty came over the next day to put coating on it to prevent any more issues. He also cleaned off my roof because it was definitely In need and I have a hard time gettin up there to do it. He and everyone at Massey Roofing were polite, attentive and professional. The best part is that I have had zero issues with my roof since. He even left extra product in case I encountered any problems but I have not needed to use it. I definitely recommend Massey Roofing.
