This team was excellent- best roofing price and service by Bryan, owner, at Master Contractors. Juan, manager of the roofing team, went above and beyond to improve my home- pressure washed the house, painted the trim. Jonathan, the carpenter, did an amazing job on my two skylights added during the reroof. I loved the results so much that I decided to blow my master window out and put in a French door. Jonathan made a custom valance to replace the motorized shade that was previously in the window, too. They are respectful of your home and clean up all the debris after the completion of the job. All the other workers that were on site were diligent about performing the job to high standards.
There roofing permit states fixing the pitch of the flat roof. The pitch is going back into the tile roof which means they did nothing to fix the pitch. Now I have lake on the flat roof and leaks all over the dining room and living room. I've sent 5 emails & 4 voice mails and no responce. stay away from this company.
My roof was done in August of 2021. I've got a leak and for 3 weeks now they won't call me back after multiple attempts to get them on the phone to help. Strong DO NOT use. Extremely disappointed.
