I have used this company for the past 10 years on all my properties they do an excellent job they got everything permitted and provide warranty. Polyurethane and silicone roofing I wouldn’t use anyone else. I’m so satisfied ! Haven’t had a leak in 10 years after their job.
Just had a complete re-roofing done by Maxwell. They showed up on time to inspect my old roof, explained the problems with the old roof, explained my options. I chose the complete tear down and new roof. They also suggested a wider flashing than I had on my previous roof. I can see how that will really improve the watertightness of my roof. I was so glad he made the suggestion. They answered all my questions, and clearly explained the warranty. And they showed up on time to do the job, which made me very happy. They also finished on schedule. It was such a smooth process. I am very satisfied with Maxwell roofing. I will attach photos when they send them to me. Also, they will come out once a year (for a reasonable fee) to clean and inspect my roof. I really like that service. I understand they are taking a boat load of supplies to the Bahamas this weekend to help the victims of hurricane Dorian. Very nice people.
Maxwell Urethane Roofing is an established company that stands behind their work. The process from beginning to end was seamless. Even several years after the job was completed, they responded quickly to some concerns and even went as far as completing repairs that were outside the scope of the project. I would recommend this company.
Had my roof done by Jack. Very professional . Price was good and his guys had the job done in two days start to finish including tear off. Very clean. Very attentive. Will definitely use again when needed and recommend to everyone!
Dan was a true Godsend. Hurricane Ian left us with half a roof and no ability to effectively tarp or seal. We spoke on the phone, he came over when he said he would, made the time to fit us in and installed a beautiful new roof. We expect this to be the last roof our home will ever need.
