I worked with McBride (Kevin, Jesse, and others) on a water damage house project. I live in a three-floor townhouse and the water damaged area was the first floor. Kevin did a great job communicating with the insurance company, addressing my concerns, and answering my questions. He is always willing to help his clients solving the problems and I am really impressive by his client interface capability and project management skills. Additionally, he is good at negotiating with the insurance company and pushing back. Whenever I need supplement info, he is always able to provide all the information in a timely manner. Than you, Kevin, for doing such an amazing job! I also wanted to thank Jesse, who always came on site working on the rebuilt, talking to the subcontractors, and listening to my request. You are amazing too, Jesse! There is only one minor suggestion, sometimes there was a small gap between me as a client and the subcontractors, it would be more appreciated if McBride could provide with more info (sub-project timeline, decision making timeline, etc). Overall, finally, I get a new first-floor area, with the help of McBride! I would highly recommend McBride (Kevin, Jesse) if you ever get gotten a chance to work with them! Thank you!

If you are looking for a contractor to work with an insurance company on damage claims, I highly recommend McBride Construction, and specifically Kevin Lewis, Estimator. McBride has worked for me twice, once on a residential water damage claim and another on a commercial building fire damage claim. They provided estimates, managed the repairs, acted as the general contractor, when subcontractors were needed, negotiated directly with the insurance company regarding scope of work, costs, and schedule, and communicated effectively between all parties.

This team truly stands out for their exceptional communication and professionalism. Their entire team consists of genuinely great people who are reliable, respectful and easy to work with. Should I ever need work done in my condominium again, I would look no further than McBride Construction. I am thrilled with the restoration of my water ravaged home, starting with project manager Devin Pimental and his kind, conscientious, and thorough assessment of all the damage that had been done by a burst second-floor hot water tank. Following, were equally thoughtful and creative suggestions by Mario Jaramillo, who did some beautiful molding and millwork. And, I cannot say enough about the electrician who suggested a pair of great ceiling fans, the painter, who laid out such beautiful and precise applied surfaces, and the floor people who listened, and also suggested beautiful oak flooring that is exactly what I wanted.
