For years our company has used several roof repair companies. No have completed the jobs to a standard that was acceptable. Nor did the repairs last. The service guys came out, got on the roof, and knew what needed to be done. They were so fast it’s like they were never here. We could tell they are experienced for the simple fact that other companies that came spent a hour or more digging around trying to figure out where the leaks were coming from. The estimate was comparable to smaller companies as well. We are very pleased we chose to do business with you. You’re first on our call list for future repairs and re-roofing. I have lived in my condominium community for 27 years. The 3 story buildings with steeply pitched barrel tile roofs have been problematic with leaks through the years, and for some reason particularly fond of my 3rd floor residence. Our Association and property management have enlisted McEnany Roofing Contractors over multiple years. I have become familiar with many of the crews responding. As a result of Debby a few weeks ago, Kevin was immediately responsive and they assigned Luis with a team of two others to focus on issues between two buildings. They have been conscientious working to minimize water intrusions between us. The crew arrived early, took few to no breaks, worked through brief showers, and were always polite, respectful and professional. I acknowledge there may be recurring issues as these buildings near 30 years old, but; the McEnany crews have been as thorough and diligent in their problem assessments and repairs as they possibly can.

A team from McEnany Roofing & Contracting, showed up this week to repair a portion of our roof. We had put a ticket thru the Villas of Carrillon HOA ticket system. The team consisted of 3 guys: Luis, Joel and Pastor. In addition to having great personalities, they were also very professional and quickly assessed the damage and went to work on the repairs. 4 days later its done and I'm a happy camper with them and the HOA Management company that put them in action. Thank you guys.

Great company and Mike McEnany is terrific. He did a roofing job for us at Centro Asturiano de Tampa and knowing we’re a historical club and 501c3 he gave us better prices than anyone else. He also supports all of our fundraising endeavors and he isn’t even of Spanish descent. He is now going to do the sealing of our building and is giving us a great price. Great man and company.
