I had an amazing experience working with Hi LOW Roofing Company, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. From the very beginning, I was assigned a roofer named Larry Sanders and he completely changed what I expected this process to feel like. He showed up on time for every meeting, was always transparent, and took the time to really explain everything in a way that made sense. There was never a moment where I felt confused or pressured. Instead of feeling like just another customer, he made me feel like a friend he genuinely wanted to help. What really stood out to me was how much he cared. Even while he was on vacation, Larry still made himself available to answer my questions while the project was in progress. That level of dedication is rare, and it meant a lot knowing I could count on him no matter what. He didn’t have to, but yet he did. From start to finish, he made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Anytime I had concerns, he addressed them right away and always found a way to put me at ease. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and in taking care of people. I highly recommend Hi LOW Roofing Company to anyone looking for quality work and great service. Coming from a place of knowing absolutely the minimum about roofing, I feel extremely confident that I made the right choice hiring Hi LOW roofing. Larry did a truly professional job, and we especially appreciated how he handled all the paperwork, making the process seamless for us. Having said that this experience with Hi Low Roofing having exceed our expectations felt it very much earned this review that is. With Matthew Anthony's expertise professionalism and Josh Hunter's meticulous project management skills. We got an excellent price, not to mention their work was of the highest quality. We also truly appreciate their effort in supporting our troops with the additional veterans discount.. very much appreciated

Had my deck replaced from damage and these guys did an awesome job. They where professional and attended to any concerns I had. Sam was excellent to work with the entire time and his teams did great work. Thank you all for a pleasant experience.
