From the very beginning, I was assigned a roofer named Larry Sanders and he completely changed what I expected this process to feel like. He showed up on time for every meeting, was always transparent, and took the time to really explain everything in a way that made sense. There was never a moment where I felt confused or pressured. Instead of feeling like just another customer, he made me feel like a friend he genuinely wanted to help. What really stood out to me was how much he cared. Even while he was on vacation, Larry still made himself available to answer my questions while the project was in progress. That level of dedication is rare, and it meant a lot knowing I could count on him no matter what. He didn’t have to, but yet he did. From start to finish, he made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Anytime I had concerns, he addressed them right away and always found a way to put me at ease. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and in taking care of people. I highly recommend Hi LOW Roofing Company to anyone looking for quality work and great service. Working with the Hi-Low Roofing team was an excellent experience from start to finish. We had started noticing shingles lifting after a recent storm and were concerned there might be hail damage, so we called them out to take a look. They were extremely thorough during the inspection and clearly explained what they found. Some of the shingles had been compromised and there were areas where the plywood underneath needed to be replaced as well. Instead of cutting corners, they addressed everything properly and installed upgraded modern architectural shingles that completely transformed the look of the roof. The entire process felt seamless and very well organized, and their crew was professional, respectful, and kept the property clean the whole time. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing things the right way. The finished roof looks fantastic and gives us a lot of confidence moving forward.
