My experience with Duncan (sales), Eddie (construction), and Chad, the Vice President, was beyond disappointing — it was unacceptable. I hired this company in good faith, trusting their “professionalism” and representations. What I received instead was a unilateral decision to install surface-mounted flashing directly over my finished stucco without any prior consultation, no discussion of aesthetic impact, and no approved change order. The result? My home’s exterior was materially altered with exposed metal and visible fasteners that dramatically changed its appearance. It looks like a patch job — not a professional roofing project on a well-maintained home. Also, I now face issues with my HOA as it was done in such a shoddy manner that it violates the covenants and restrictions. At no point was I informed this was the method they intended to use. At no point was I given the opportunity to approve or reject it. That is not transparency. That is not collaboration. And it certainly does not reflect respect for a homeowner’s property. When you trust a company with your home, you expect communication, integrity, and workmanship that preserves — not diminishes — curb appeal. Instead, I was left feeling blindsided and forced to fight for accountability after the fact. Homeowners deserve better than decisions being made behind their backs that permanently affect the appearance of their property. Proceed with caution. If I could give negative stars, I certainly would. This response from Chad is a lie! "To provide some context, our sales representative Duncan and construction lead Eddie did discuss the flashing options with you prior to installation, including the surface-mounted approach versus cutting into the stucco for a recessed fit. You opted against the stucco cut due to the additional cost, and we proceeded accordingly to complete the work as agreed" Chad, this is an out-and-out lie! I have time stamped video of the flashing installed before speaking with Duncan and Eddie. Eddie was rude and condescending, saying that it's already done and would cost more to tear it out and do it the other way. I was NEVER provided a change order to the contract for anything, and that is a clear breach of contract.

I highly recommend this great company. From the first contact they were fast to get the job done. . They completed my roof in one day They were efficient and professional. They made sure everything was cleaned up and no nails were left not once but twice. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. My roof was in bad shape and this company was outstanding with the challenge .

We had some markings on our ceiling. Duncan McCartha came out to inspect the roof and from there he took the reins. All the way thru the inspection to insurance claims to the end of the install he handled everything. The roof was completed in one day and it’s beautiful. The new gutters will be completed soon which he also handled. I highly recommend Duncan at Megram!

Megram put a roof on our house recently and I highly recommend them. They are fast (2 days)and the quality is fantastic. They do an amazing clean up and everything was explained to us from start to finish. We weren’t sure what color to go with but Ryan made a suggestion and so glad he did. I absolutely love my roof. I’m so happy with the color choice. Thanks Megram for an amazing job.

Max and his team were great! Our roof looks amazing! This is the second home we have had Megram put a roof on and I would recommend them to anyone looking to put a new roof on. The communication throughout the process was great and final product was absolutely gorgeous. The crew was clean and curious.
