Vincent Mercurio is one of the very best contractors I’ve ever had the privilege of hiring. He goes above and beyond by making suggestions for what is necessary and aesthetically superb workmanship. If you left that negative review and you are reading this, I don’t know who you are, but I bet you didn’t pay for the work. Some thing ring very untrue about your review. Also, your English leaves something to be desired. A standard English class would do you well.
Mercurio construction, LLC was hired to build a home on Palm Beach Gardens, Florida as a General Contractor. The work performance was so poor and I had no choice except to fire him. He lacks basic knowledge of construction skills, pays no attention to details and never follow workers workmanship. Besides this he misrepresents materials, demands kick backs from other subs, never follow work schedules and lacks details and never follow blue prints. He never spends any time on the project. He did many fraudulent things as well. He simply unfit for new custom homes. I would never recommend to any one not only for new or custom homes and even for remodeling ones with such a poor workmanship and ethical issues. I will continue use of all my legal avenues to find the justice for such fraudulent actions whatever it takes.
