If you're looking for a company that will stand by their word, do not choose this one. They will make empty promises and lie to your face. Once they get your money, you will never hear from them again. They will totally ghost you instead of making things right. Very unprofessional!

Not happy with the overall experience. Didn't notify us when they would arrive to complete the work, didn't reach out on the day of, simply just showed up and entered my fenced yard and began working on my roof. I was notified by the loud noises coming from roof. Would very much appreciated a heads up prior to arrival, I don't normally respond well to strangers trespassing on my property unannounced. Could have ended very badly. The worker didn't communicate before or after the work was completed. Received an invoice later but this was supposed to be a Cash deal. Not very happy.

I had a metal roof put on in November 2023 and three skylights replaced. One skylight started leaking and they came out with no problem to around it. He said he went around the other ones just to make sure and the same day he left, the one that was never leaking rained inside my bathroom like it had nothing on it at all. The guy came out three different times, still not fixed and I can’t get anybody to call me back after calling six times within a day. Very poor. Service

Merritt installed my new metal roof and did an excellent job. They were very efficient and the service was excellent also. I highly recommend them. True pleasure

Merritt put a new carport on my house in October 2023. It started leaking where connects with house immediately most importantly directly on steps going out making them very slippery. I have called weekly with no results to get this fixed. They even told me they did not install my carport although I have paperwork and cancelled $8;000 check proving they did. I am very upset that they will not make their mistake right. Do not trust them if anything goes wrong with their work.
