Had a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian. M&I contracting repaired ALL my damage to like new or actually new condition. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and value. Dan was our contact man and was there or easily contacted every step of the way. New roof plus >35 ish sheets of plywood, replaced siding and backing material, repaired and painted stucco where needed, repaired / painted LR / BR ceilings, tore out and replaced BR floor with a product better then we had, (in my opinion), repaired quite a bit of vinyl privacy fencing, replaced gutters and down spouts, replaced all missing or damaged Soffits, and replaced many damaged pool enclosure screens. We are VERY happy with all the work performed. Thank you Dan!!

I had the pleasure of working with Eric and Kevin to replace an old roof, and all the roof sheathing here at my shop. The price was good and ultimately the roof turned out looking beautiful. There was a discrepancy in the decking material that couldn't be undone, but they stand by their work and their reputation. Adjustments were offered and accepted, to which in the final outcome, the job is done and everyone is happy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing referral.

Darwin and Richard have been nothing but professional and amazing with their work. From the time they called to the excellent work they have been. They have been very communicative and informative on different aspects of fixing my A/C unit that went down in a speedy fashion. I have always been skeptical of sub contractors as I have been burned before, but Richard and Darwin have cleared all my worries away with their excellent, fast, and professional work. He was always available to answer my questions and provide samples as requested. He kept me informed and oversaw the project. The roofing team was here at the crack of dawn and completed the project within days. They were efficient and thorough with the clean up.
