Michael Pittman and Son Roofing

Michael Pittman was recommended by someone from my church. The price was fair, his crew was courteous and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day, covered exposed areas when rain was expected and didn't miss the little details. My father was a general contractor and I have experience from helping him over many years but never on metal roofs so I'm not clueless. I would recommend Michael, Jack Former USMC

We have a new addition and an existing house with roof damage from Hurricane Milton. I called Michael Pittman and Sons Roofing because it is local and had very good reviews. Unlike other larger roofing companies around here, when you call Michael Pittman and Son, you are going to talk to Michael Pittman. Everything went very well. Michael knows roofs like an artist knows a canvas. He just lives, eats and breathes it. Mainly, I dealt with Michael and Keith, and both were knowledgeable, hard workers who flat out got it done! They kept me well informed, did what they said they would do every time, kept the job site neat and orderly and gave us a great looking roof at a very fair price. I think my roof was larger than what they typically do, and had one complicated area to roof, but Michael knew exactly what to do and how to get a great functioning and great looking outcome. I am a very satisfied customer.

Contracted with Michael Pittman and Son Roofing to replace all of the screws on our metal roof, it is 23 years old. Due to hurricane Idalia and some strong wind storms recently some of the screws had raised up. Michael Pittman and Son Roofing is licensed and insured, which was very important to me as a customer as the pitch on my roof is very steep. We met with Michael and Son, they reviewed the issue of raised screws, made the recommendation to replace all current screws with an improved, slightly larger screw. We approved the quote for the work and was placed on the schedule. Crew worked very efficiently, used safety harness/ropes, cleaned up all screws removed/dropped, replaced the roof vent boots and caulked all boots against water intrusion. Crew went above and beyond to meet our expectations on the roofing work we requested. Communications via voice, email and text to keep us updated on the schedule and work being completed was excellent. Trevor Pittman was on site with the crew until the job was completed. We feel we received an excellent job with the right company for our needs at a very good value. Would continue to recommend Michael Pittman and Son Roofing to others without hesitation. We prefer to support local companies whenever we are in need of replacements/repairs to our home.

Michael was fantastic with communication and went above and beyond on every request I made. He allowed me to customize my project to what benefitted me most and worked hard to ensure everything lined up well. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!

Michael & his crew where very professional from the 1st visit to completion & i had to re-sheath my complete roof which Mike & his crew handle fir me. Complete roof tear off to resheathing & a final Metal panel roof….. Very Happy & Highly recommend!!!!!! Thanks Mike Oh, I am a GC of 30 years & would put Mike on any project at anytime….👍
