From start to finish - the process was smooth and I felt Informed. I had damage from Hurrican Ian and we had to have our roof shrunk wrapped to mitigate further damage. One day, after months of having this shrink wrap in place, I received a knock on my door and the gentleman asked me if I needed any help with our roof situation. Grant was a neighbor and has since become a friend through the process. I had signed a contract with another roofing company that strictly storm chased and worked directly with the insurance company and they wanted to settle my roof claim alone for over $100,000. No negotiations as they had previously implied. After speaking with Grant on a number of occasions and ascertaining the nuts and bolts of what processes and products they used to put a new roof on my home I was willing to pay to cancel my contract with the other roofer and move forward with Mid Coast Roofing. Not to mention the price was entirely more aggressive and in line with where my it needed to be. I’m glad to say that this is a decision that I still stand behind today and feel no regret. Chris was my actual construction supervisor over the project and he was, as well, very responsive, informative and there to answer any questions that I had throughout the process. When you don’t know what you don’t know, it’s sometimes very difficult to pull the trigger and make a decision in a situation like this, and rest assured moving forward, I will highly recommend to my clients, friends, and neighbors to speak with Grant about all the options they have with their roof replacements - as I know he will shoot them straight. Im very particular when it comes to my property and these kinds of projects - In the end, again, I am very pleased with everything Mid Coast Roofing provided.

Several years ago, I had hired Mid Coast Roofing to repair a minor roof leak, and they did a fine job. So when I needed to replace the roof because insurance companies would not cover roofs over 15 yrs. old and mine was 19 yrs. old, I contacted Mid Coast and several other local roofers to get bids for the job. During this time Ian hit and caused considerable damage to the roof. After having filed a claim and had the adjusters here to see the damage, I had Mid Coast do the roof replacement. Throughout the entitre process everyone from Chris in the field and Brenda in the office were very professional, personable, and very informative and efficient. It took a little over two days for the entire job putting on a quality roof and leaving my property clean and free of any debris or problems. I feel I got a very good product at a very reasonable price from people I could trust to do the job right, and in current times that is not always the case. Very professional, and provided great service. Bill told us everything we needed when he gave the estimate. Mid coast replaced a pipe boot, and the entire roof over our lanai. The workers were very friendly, and knowledgeable. They made sure that the roof was watertight before leaving after the first day, even staying very late. They did a great job and we are very happy with the results.

We had Mid-Coast Roofing install our new roof on 6/6/22. They showed up on time as promised and completed our 2,400 sq ft home roof in less than 8 hours. Complete tear-off and installed GAF Weathered Wood singles before 5pm. We and our neighbors' were totally impressed with the completion time while doing an excellent install and cleanup. They even came in the pool cage after and cleaned that area as well. I would however recommend covering the pool if possible as a lot of the granules and other things will get in your pool through the screen.
