My overall experience with Millard Roofing was positive. The installation crew was punctual since day one and did a professional job. Kudos to them for a hard work regardless of exterior weather conditions, they did a fantastic work. Please be mindful that as any construction area, it looked somewhat messy during the removal and installation process; however, they cleaned as much as possible once they finalized the job. My improvement advise is with the front office to improve the communication about when the job was schedule to begin.

It was time for a new roof, and I’m very glad I chose Millard Roofing. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well communicated. Brandi was wonderful to work with and she made the process easy, including helping me choose the right shingles. Chuck, the crew supervisor, was on site throughout the project and did an excellent job keeping everything organized and moving forward. The entire crew worked extremely hard, stayed focused, and clearly took pride in their work. There was a significant amount of roof decking that needed to be replaced, and Millard Roofing handled it, no problem. They kept me informed, explained what was going on, and made sure the work was done properly. Some days the crew worked 12 hours, and their dedication really shows. The finished roof looks excellent, and I’m extremely impressed with the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the entire experience. I would highly recommend Millard Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company that keeps you updated, stays on-track, and does the job the right way.

Millard Roofing originally installed our roof through our homebuilder and we never had a single issue with our original roof. When it came time for a new roof, it was a no-brainer, we went with Millard Roofing and the entire experience was just incredible. They cleaned up every day and were in and out in three days. There were two building inspections, one during and a final inspection and their work passed easily both times. Everything was done perfectly and the roof looks great. Brandi provides great communication, no nonsense pricing, fast scheduling, great follow up after the job is done. It is great to have a roofer that you can count on and Millard is one of those roofers! Millard Roofing really deserves 10 stars!
