Scheduled several quotes 30 min apart abs when this guy Michel shows up and sees us finishing a discussion with someone else, he left even though we greeted him and told him we would ge right over he also left tte group discussion and sent the following text:
Hi. Unfortunately my company is no competition for unlicensed and uninsured ones. Someone was there with your spouse. I am withdrawing.”
Super unprofessional, also brought his kid for the estimate, I normally wouldn’t mind but if you have high expectations then act accordingly and was upset we are doing quotes? Glad this behavior of poor customer service came up now. You lost 100K budget project great work!!!!
