Mitchell and Sons Roofing

Had a great experience with Mitchell and Sons Roofing. Contacted them about a month ago and got an estimate. Called them back and said let’s do it. Within 3 days they had the permit pulled and the job completed on 2 1600 sf duplexes. They have a great crew and really did an excellent job. They put in a lot of effort to keep the job site clean. Would definitely recommend

It’s always a relief to find a contractor who goes the extra mile without trying to nickel-and-dime you. I had a fantastic experience with Mitchell and Sons Roofing. I contacted them to repair some missing shingles, and their estimate was very reasonable compared to others I received. They performed a full inspection and sealed up several additional crevices and potential leak points that weren't even in the original quote. They really took care of me; it’s clear they are very experienced based on my multiple conversations with them, and I can’t recommend them enough. I plan to have Mitch or Britt come out every year after hurricane season just to look over my roof, as I trust their expertise and thoroughness

Worst experience ever with a contractor please be careful!! Hired them to replace my roof as my flat deck was leaking extremely bad!! They showed up and did the work and then demanded we pay in full before any inspections where done!! 3 weeks go by and I have to call the office and get the nice lady in there to schedule my inspections!! We had the county out here 5 times and each time they would not pass because of standing water! So mitchell and sons then hires a engineer to get involved and meanless to say they basically bought the inspection to be passed!! They lied to me about not have the material and all this to just screw me in the end!! My flat roof holds more water then ever and they say it because I spray the water up there lol!!! I am attaching photos of my flat deck 4 days after a rain storn!!storm!!! Still standing water but that's ok!!! Please don't be the fool I was and call someone else!!! Edit: Flat roof is leaking where the water is standing and they came out to honor there warranty and told me that I have a plumbing leak in my flat roof or some other issue maybe a/c condensation but the a/c is in garage and I never heard of plumbing in a flat roof!!! Something is not adding up! How about just fix the roof I paid you to please!!

I found This company through reference from a neighbor and my experience was nothing but pleased with my decision from beginning to end, they got me in the books quickly. the price was very competitive i doubled checked the materials being used everything was of good quality and had very good durability. Ryan was there for ever question via text or call. i would highly recommend this company. the advice i can give for future roof customers is know the amount of Squares your roof has thats the way to determine the correct amount of roof you need for your home. the labor and installed should be roughly the same given 10% or so for extra. with that being said very happy i have no complaints i would use them again.

Mitchell & Sons put a brand new roof on our home in August of 2023. We noticed a leak 2 months ago. Here we are 5 visits to our home to attempt to fix the leak and it is STILL not fixed. Now the owner is refusing to come back to our home to fix the leak. He stated that it is not the roof and not his responsibility. During this 2 month period, my husband had to take off work multiple days and we were stood up, they were no shows, and they cancelled at the last minute. Absolutely terrible customer service and it appears they know nothing about roofs. Now we have the headache of having to fight to get our 2 year old roof fixed that is under warranty!!!! UPDATE: Now we are being told that we are not covered under the warranty because it is non-transferable. We paid for the roof during the pending purchase of the home. We are listed on the notice of termination as well. All the previous owner did was pull the permit because we had not closed on the home yet.
