We recently had our roof replaced by this company. While the roof itself appears satisfactory overall, the project was plagued by communication issues, missed expectations, and incomplete workmanship. Throughout the job, timelines were repeatedly communicated and then changed without notice. We often had to reach out ourselves for updates, and several promises regarding scheduling and completion were not met. We fully understand that delays happen, but customers deserve accurate information and proactive communication when plans change. More concerning was the quality control and attention to detail. Multiple items were left incomplete after the initial installation. The company returned several times to address punch-list items, yet even after multiple follow-up visits, the work was still not fully completed. Eventually, we decided to finish the remaining item ourselves rather than continue scheduling additional return trips. We also encountered certain charges (aside from any extra wood) that were not clearly communicated beforehand, and received final invoices and payment requests while outstanding concerns were still being addressed. As professionals in construction and property management, we understand that no project is perfect. Mistakes happen, and what matters is how they are handled. We were patient, communicated our concerns clearly, and gave multiple opportunities for those concerns to be resolved. Unfortunately, despite several attempts, the project was never fully completed to the standard that was promised. Even after sharing our final thoughts, we have yet to recieve a reply. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again or recommend them to others. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improved communication, follow-through, and quality control would significantly improve the customer experience.

After two roof leaks, which were handled wonderfully between customer service and promptly completing the work, I decided to replace my roof and gutters.
