Momentum calls me almost every day to promote their products, even though I repeatedly tell them I don't want to be called. Politely asking to be added to the "do not call" list doesn't work. Blocking numbers has little effect, as they call from different ones. On top of that, some operators don't immediately disclose that the call is recorded. Very bad, undesired advertising—they deserve 0 stars.

They lied to us about system production and performance, the system is producing over 2,000 kWh less than they sold me and nobody is willing to check the faulty panels.

Beware of using your Momentum solar Momentum Solar Panel Removal Warranty. If you are choosing Momentum Solar because of their "one-time complimentary solar panel removal warranty," don't count on them actually honoring it when you need it. I am currently dealing with a total communication blackout from their MyInstall team. I provided all structural documentation weeks ago for a strictly scheduled July 6 roof replacement. They acknowledged they need a 2-6 week window to handle town permits, yet they have spent the last 12 days completely ignoring my emails, failing to push through a basic internal review required to even start the permit process. They talk a big game during the sales process about how "seamlessly" they handle future roof work, but the reality is bad-faith stalling that leaves homeowners stuck in limbo. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I am attaching their removal Warrant. Momentum has used purposeful stall tactics to ensure they can not perform the warranty claim work in time for my roofing schedule, which will cost me somewhere around $10,000 and nullify the remainder of my 25 year warranty.
