What really stood out was how much time he took to explain everything—he made sure we understood every step of the process and was transparent about all the details. Monarch Roofing was awesome to work with! Being a family-owned business, you can really tell they care about their customers. Victor and Devaney were amazing—super helpful, explained everything clearly, and got the project done quickly. The roof looks great, and it’s such a relief knowing it’s all taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them—I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Monarch Roofing performed a repair of a roof leak for us in 2020. They did an excellent job, so when we decided to get a new roof in December 2022, they were the first company I contacted for a quote. I also contacted 4 other companies for quotes. One company never did even get the quote to us, after 3 weeks! Monarch’s quote came in just under 2 of the other 3 companies. They also offered a 10 year warranty on their work, whereas the other companies only offered 1-3 years, unless you wanted to pay $30 monthly for a “free” annual roof inspection. Victor and his office assistant are responsive, professional, friendly and timely in all their communication and correspondence. Victor was also great about answering any questions we had, throughout the process. This seems to be very rare these days, especially in South Florida. The crew cleaned up the area every day before leaving. They were courteous and respectful of our property. The trucks and trailers were out of our driveway every night, so we could park our vehicles in the garage as normal. For such a big job, and investment in our home, we were very pleased with the entire process, and have peace of mind the job was done properly. And it’s a big plus to support a local family owned business in Deerfield Beach! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Monarch Roofing for your roofing needs!

Victor and his crew were excellent. So professional and respectful. I would highly recommend Monarch roofing for any and all your roofing needs. I have to say that being in my home for a long time and having to deal with repair businesses, has not been my favorite thing to do. However, from start to finish Victor and his team just blew me away with everything like , Being on time, fair and fully explained quote. To how professional and cleanliness his crew were. I was even amazed at how Victor always went above and beyond to make his customer happy. He even added extra valley and hip barriers because he said it is the correct thing to do and at no extra charge. I will always use and recommend Monarch Roofing from now on.
