They did a complete roof job in a very timely and professional manner. The workers were very respectful of the property and their surroundings in our community and were true professionals. They were not loud and no radios blaring. They worked very hard and cleaned up daily. At the end of the job there was not one nail to be found in the landscape! The price was very fair and I would recommend them again and again! Great Job!

Called the office and spoke with Deana who answered every question promptly. Sent my message to Cody right away and then sent Joe out to my house to get the work done. Once I put the deposit down they started the permit and got right to work. The tear off crew did an excellent job.

Great experience with Nastar Roofing! My grandmother’s Cape Coral home was re roofed in 2017 by Nastar. In 2025, I called Nastar about some loose shingles and possible water intrusion on the flat roof as there was a “10 Year Warranty” on all work included with the roofing paperwork from 2017. Nastar sent their folks out to inspect, determined something was not sealed properly and fixed the issue free of charge (which included peeling up a portion of the flat roof, replacing plywood and re sealing). They did a thorough check of the rest of the roof and no issues. They could have easily told my grandmother to pound sand however they were extremely responsive, a pleasure to work with and were so willing to make things right. Hard to find nowadays! Going forward, if anyone needs any roof work, I will not hesitate to share this story with them! Thank you Nastar!

We had a great experience with Nastar Roofing. We spoke to Diana who was very professional and helped explain everything. The team was professional, responsive, and transparent about the entire process. Highly recommend them!

This company has very poor communication and customer service. I am in the process of having my roof replaced by them and they have been very delayed in when I was informed my roof would be started. After the dry-in was done I had leaks which they were slow to address. The first attempt I was not contacted before the person was going to my home so I am not sure how they expected to resolve it without knowing the locations. I have been constantly told that I need to speak with Billie regarding my roof because I chose to get a metal roof. She is never in the office when I call and does not return calls. Now they have "completed" the roof however they installed the incorrect roof vents and the metal roof was not installed properly. Some screws are not installed all the way while others are too much. The metal crimped areas are not evenly done leaving gaps all around my home. The boot around my power mast in no way looks like it was professionally installed. It is twisted and "secured" with a tie wrap. Much of the metal on the edges looks uneven and bent. This does not look in any way like it is a quality job having been done. There are also pallets that were left in my driveway. I would be embarrassed if I owned or worked for this company to put a job out like this and make what seems to be no attempt at correcting the poor installation. I have made numerous calls to the office to try and get this addressed as well as emailing Ralf. Ralf was very responsive and followed up the next day only he forwarded my concern over to Billie and let me know that I should hear from her by the end of the week. Not surprising I heard nothing. At this point I do not see them making well in resolving the issues I have and would not recommend anyone else doing business with them if you want a quality roof. I welcome them to just complete my roof appropriately.
