I would like to give zero stars. More than six weeks ago, Dave, from the roofing division of New Phase Construction, agreed to install a dryer vent in the roof of a villa I was selling. The villa sold weeks ago, but to date, despite multiple calls from me and multiple promises that the job would be done, the work has not been completed. I have never received a call from the company to explain why the work hasn’t been done. This company is unreliable and unresponsive and I do not recommend them.
