Next Level is a family-run business led by Greg, a true professional who gives honest and practical advice. From the start, he impressed me with his integrity—he actually advised me not to replace my roof right away, saying it still had at least another year left in it. That kind of honesty is rare, especially in today’s insurance climate here in Orlando. When I finally decided to move forward with the project, Greg’s team was outstanding—efficient, attentive, and genuinely caring about my needs. His sons, Reed and Dale, clearly take after their dad. They provided excellent service and communicated every step of the way. Once everything was lined up, the office—especially Helen and Alice—made the process smooth and organized. The crew worked incredibly hard, putting in over 12 hours on the first day. Thanks to great weather and their dedication, the entire roof was completed in less than two days. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Next Level truly lives up to its name—honest, efficient, and family-oriented. Highly recommended!

Repaired a section of about 1000 sq ft, replacing base boards, installing extra flashing, asphalt based underlayment which provides excellent bonding and water proofing. Good communication and fast completion in 2 days.

Can’t say enough about Next Level Roofers. Gregg, the owner, came out and evaluated the job and was very professional and informative. Helen and Laura are amazing. They are the sweetest and kindest people and answered any questions or concerns I had. Dale and Reed went out of their way to explain the work that would be done, got the permits and kept me informed during the whole process. This whole team treated me like family. The day of the roof replacement went great. The roofers were on time and worked non stop until the roof was done. Neighbors watching the process said their method of laying down a roof was the best they’ve seen. The roof looks beautiful. I would highly recommend this company.

These were a wonderful group of guys. They cleaned up everything and left my yard and garage looking better than when they got here.
