After hurricane Helene and Milton, we needed to replace our roof. A friend recommended No 1 Home Roofing and we have been very pleased. Their quote was reasonable out of the four companies we quoted. Daniel, the estimator was punctual, informative and helpful with every question we had. Provided great references. Jennifer, Office Manager is top notch. Friendly, willing to adjust and worked well with the screen enclosure company, to coordinate the job. The crew was amazing, very skilled and worked well together. We needed lots of plywood and fascia replacement and they handled well. Great clean up and high quality work. Job took 2 days without any problems. In summary, super great office staff with Jennifer, excellent price, friendly hard working crew and done in two days. We highly recommend No 1 Home Roofing.

This company is surprisingly good. I've gotten multiple quotes and they've always come in at the lowest price. They've always fit me in within a few weeks, and always closed out their permits quickly and without any prodding. I've had some roofs that needed more wood than others, but I've always felt fairly treated by their wood replacement. They have an office with friendly staff who is there during office hours. It's a relief to work with competent people who do a good job, on time, at a fair price. I've used several local companies and this is the only one I call now.
