BEYOND IMPRESSED! First, the communication is off the charts. I’ve never had a company be so quick to respond both on Facebook messenger or by text. Second, for this amazing price I was pretty nervous our #2 fill would be chunks of brick concrete rubble and tree trunks. I was happier than a girl on Christmas morning when this beautiful load of dark rich healthy topsoil arrived and even had a little of that earthy cow pasture scent (which faded in a day or two) but this living matter is exactly what we needed to fill up some low areas of our fruit forest! I was even thrilled with a few sea shells and small natural rocks / pebbles as this helps stabilize the dirt and gives it strength to hold its structure and not just melt into the earth and disappear. Fourth, the price, so many varying prices bc of our location that to have topsoil delivered can be very expensive but we are thanking the Lord that this company must have struck gold and found amazing topsoil close to us in order to be able to offer such a fair price! We’ve now ordered 4 loads and plan to order more! Last, I would have HAPPILY paid this price for this quality of dirt but to also have such a friendly staff that is so kind and helpful (our driver Danny had to drive in backwards and make tricky turns to avoid my husbands workshed and then bc we are shoveling this by hand I asked if he could kind of dump part of it and then forward to drop the rest so I don’t have to shovel and rake out as much and he just did such an incredible job. My husband wishes we had used this company to raise up our entire property before we planted 100+ exotic / tropical fruit trees, but now we are just amending the soil and building up low spots with this AMAZING fill. If you’re tired of searching and reading scary reviews from other companies where people got scammed or were deeply regretful of the load the get, order from LNP Development, you won’t be disappointed and I’d bet once you see the dirt you’ll be ordering more!

Very profesional work, all schedule was on time and when one of the trucks broke a water line, they handle all the repairs. Will call then again.
